All levels are welcome in this moderate to high intensity class. TBW focuses on basic exercises designed to target the whole body, improving both muscular strength and endurance.

Active retired fitness class are both chair-based and standing, every client can do it at the pace they feel comfortable with. Each exercise will be adapted to the individual participant to allow them to feel comfortable throughout the class.
